Access to Waypoint should be with Single-Sign-On (SSO) from within the Student Portal to the Classroom and then into Waypoint. It should not ask for a username or password. However, sometimes if inactive after a certain time limit or other browser related issues, the session could time out and expire.
To fix try the following:
- Log out of any Student Portal or the Classroom sessions, and close out of all browser windows.
- Log back into Student Portal, then log into the Classroom, then try to access Waypoint again.
- Another option is to start over again while using an Incognito Window in Chrome or a Private Window in Firefox.
- Clearing the cache and cookies and trying again can also be helpful.
