What if I cannot log into Waypoint?

Access to Waypoint should be with Single-Sign-On (SSO) from within the Student Portal to the Classroom and then into Waypoint. It should not ask for a username or password. However, sometimes if inactive after a certain time limit or other browser related issues, the session could time out and expire.

To fix try the following:

  1. Log out of any Student Portal or the Classroom sessions, and close out of all browser windows.
  2. Log back into Student Portal, then log into the Classroom, then try to access Waypoint again.
  3. Another option is to start over again while using an Incognito Window in Chrome or a Private Window in Firefox.
  4. Clearing the cache and cookies and trying again can also be helpful.
