- First Question – can you get into Office 365?
- If yes, can you click on the MAIL tile and see your mail?
- If you can access Office 365, but can’t see your email – try using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox). Especially if you have more than one Office 365 account – sometimes your computer gets confused.
- If no:
- Ensure you have the correct email address
- You can verify this in your student portal. If your student portal does not yet display your student email address, please give it a little time. We don’t update the portal until your account is licensed – which can take up to 24 hours of you activating your account
- Ensure you have the correct url
- https://portal.office.com (the s makes a big difference!)
- Try resetting your password
- Please go to your student portal, and click the Forgot Password link. Go through the instructions. This will change your password for BOTH your student portal and Office 365 account.
