If you are receiving an error message after logging into the Mobile Classroom, please see the instructions below:
- An error message within the 500 range (500-599) = there is a communication issue between the app and the Online Classroom. This may be caused by an outage. To learn more about whether there is an outage with the Online Classroom, please visit the Facebook page or please contact Online Classroom Support
- An error message within the 1000 range (1000-1999) = there is a communication issue between your device and your network. Please try connecting to a different network and/or resetting your router.
