While highlighting the Tool bar "disappeared" from the left nav

This is the message the student will see if they perform certain combinations of highlighting and notes:

ERROR MESSAGE: "There is an error with your selections. To fix this error you'll need to clear all highlights, notes and bookmarks for this section only. Other sections will not be affected."

  1. Click the link that states "Click here to clear all selections in this section."
  2. Wait for the subsequent message that says, “Please wait while your annotations are cleared.”
  3. The page will then be refreshed and the annotations (for the current page only) cleared.
