Possibly. Please go to the App Store and search for UAGC Constellation. If your device is supported, the Constellation Application will be available.
You can also download the PDF version. Please access Constellation on your computer and download the file(s). You will have to transfer those files from your computer onto your device. Please refer to cell phone manufacturers support site to see if your cell phone can display, or download an app, that lets you view the material.
